ANTELOPE 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At Antelope, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with an Ark Naturals, Bocce’s Bakery, Diggin’ Your Dog, Every Day Naturals, My Perfect Pet, Poke’s, or Super Snouts product you purchased from one of our websites or authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement product within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Satisfaction Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How to Claim the Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchased your product from one of our authorized sellers, we ask that you first contact the seller
from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If you are unable to return your
product to the authorized seller or are not satisfied with the seller’s resolution, please Contact Us or reach out to hello@antelopepets.com and have information available regarding where and when you purchased
your product and reason for your dissatisfaction. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase,
submit photos of your product or its packaging, mail the unused portion of your product to Antelope, or
provide other information to assist Antelope in processing your request. Approved requests may be given
as a refund, replacement product, or credit to any of Antelope’s websites.
You must submit your Satisfaction Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of original purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
Satisfaction Guarantee Guidelines
Antelope reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Antelope concludes that the purchaser has abused the Satisfaction Guarantee. Antelope may amend or terminate the Satisfaction Guarantee at any time without notice.
